Integration Eased With A (Tech) Shoulder To Cry On.

Integration headache is just a fact of life for credit union IT managers.

But a CU's core vendor is a good shoulder to cry on, according to Dan Castaneda, network and technology manager at NuVision CU.

"Technology is technology," Castaneda said. "It's not like driving today's automobile. You have to know the internal workings of the vehicle. If you expect applications to run automatically, it's not going to happen. Working with different applications is just part of the blood, sweat and tears that comes with the job."
